(Headquarters: Amsterdam, Netherlands, Co-founder & CEO: Koen Bok, hereinafter "Framer") have launched a joint project aimed at creating new businesses and supporting the growth of startups, through the "ADK Startup Boost Studio" service launched by ADK MS in 2024.

In recent years, with the rapid spread of generative AI, the speed and methods for launching and growing businesses are changing significantly. For new businesses and startups, it has become a critical theme to redesign operations to be AI-native within limited resources, while launching brands and customer touchpoints in a short period. On the other hand, many companies have faced challenges with fragmented functions, making it difficult for concepts to reach execution.

This joint project will leverage the strengths of each company: AI Ops Manager's immediately deployable AI talent and support for in-house AI development, ADK MS's brand strategy and marketing design, and Framer's web and platform production capabilities that allow for diverse expressions through intuitive operation. The objective is to accelerate growth speed and contribute to business by supporting client companies in building their businesses end-to-end, from idea generation to full-scale business growth.

Overview of Collaboration Between the Three Companies

This project will promote the following initiatives:

1. Provision of an integrated support program (for startups) for client companies' new business launches

AI Ops Manager: Supports AI-native marketing operations and business management with accompanying AI talent.

ADK MS: Supports brand strategy and growth design from an upstream perspective.

Framer: Builds brand sites, landing pages, and service sites with high speed and quality.

2. Building a "from entry to deep dive" problem-solving model centered on AI talent

AI Ops Manager's AI talent will identify deep operational and business challenges of client companies, starting from concrete touchpoints like site construction with Framer. In collaboration with ADK MS, these insights will be developed into proposals for higher-level management and marketing issues.

3. Support for Japanese companies utilizing the global platform "Framer"

We will support the promotion of Framer utilization by Japanese client companies. Framer will also support partner companies through its agencies program, providing workspaces and active Japanese language support *1.

As the first concrete outcome of this partnership, we jointly re-branded ADK MS's service "ADK Startup Boost Studio," which supports the value-up of startups, and produced a new service site. This initiative directly embodies the collaborative model of the three companies. Through this rebranding, "ADK Startup Boost Studio" has evolved into a service that supports startups and new business growth phases by integrating brand, web, and AI utilization, and will be rolled out as the standard model for future joint support programs by the three companies.

The three companies will accumulate support achievements in the new business and startup domains through this joint project and expand their service areas and menus. Moving forward, we will jointly create standards for business creation based on AI and contribute to solving the marketing challenges of client companies.
