This system adopts Python (FastAPI), which has the highest affinity with AI technology, as its backend, and is built on an AWS environment to ensure stable operation without the system becoming heavy even when processing vast amounts of chat data. It is currently operating in conjunction with Slack and Teams, which have high domestic market shares.

The biggest feature is that our active on-site engineers have discretion over the development, from system requirements definition to AI model tuning. Instead of just creating functions as instructed, they proactively discuss "when is the most effective timing for alerts that managers genuinely find useful?" and "how can contextual misdetection be prevented?" to develop a living system that truly helps managers.
