Background

Interest in generative AI and DX is growing. However, local governments, administrative agencies, and regional organizations face challenges in identifying "which tasks AI can be used for" and "where to start."

Simply gaining knowledge from seminars may not always lead to concrete implementation or practical application on site. There is a need for a forum where on-site challenges, such as counter services, inquiry handling, internal operations, tourist information, and AI training for employees, can be brought together to collectively consider what AI can do.

AI Reskill Inc. is launching this initiative with the aim of creating opportunities for AI utilization in local governments and organizations, promoting regional DX, visualizing on-site challenges, and fostering co-creation examples.

This project does not assume the immediate introduction of AI tools but rather organizes challenges and next steps to enable staff to explain them effectively within their departments/organizations.

Challenge Organization Memo: Organize responsible departments, target operations, problems, and constraints.

Candidate AI Utilization Themes: Organize potential themes to try, such as counter services, FAQs, tourist information, and internal operations.

Decision Material for Next Actions: Organize where to proceed, such as study sessions, co-creation meetings, PoC, or development considerations.

Key Points for Internal Explanation: Organize objectives, expectations, and precautions that can be conveyed to stakeholders unfamiliar with AI.

The sharing format and granularity will be adjusted according to the content of the implementation, the number of participants, and the scope of publishable information. The creation of formal individual PoC design documents or development specifications is subject to separate consultation.

Program Offerings
