AGRIST Inc. NISHITACHI SODAWARI LAB is operated by Humans Miyazaki Inc., which provides management support for companies.

This event is a career community event limited to 15 participants, targeting "managers and leaders who are actually running sites and projects," "those who want to broaden their career horizons," and "students who want to get involved in interesting ventures from now on," with Miyazaki as the stage.

Why are we holding this event now?

"Is information and your concerns confined within your own company?"

Currently, there are not many events or communities in Miyazaki where people can have in-depth discussions about work and careers across company lines. As a result, daily team management and real work challenges tend to be confined within the company, leading to a lack of opportunities to gain external perspectives, such as wondering "What are other companies doing?"

There is a need for a place where leaders who manage operations daily in Miyazaki can gather and easily exchange information. By encountering external case studies here, broadening perspectives, and raising viewpoints, we believe it will provide hints for daily work and, in turn, lead to the growth of each company in Miyazaki as a whole.

1st Guest: The reality of management at "AGRIST," challenging the world from Miyazaki

AGRIST is launching "Career Stand Bar" with NISHITACHI SODAWARI LAB and will participate as the first guest.

AGRIST has been developing automated harvesting robots based in Shintomi Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, and has received over 27 awards both domestically and internationally, including the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. On the day, they will share the reality of their project operations over the past seven years and the challenges they have faced.

Furthermore, with the rapid changes in the world due to the advent of the AI era, they will delve into topics such as "How are we attracting and developing the next generation of managers?" and "What are the members within the company thinking as they approach their work, and how are they overcoming challenges to advance their careers?"
