Free Online Seminar Held to Improve Back-Office Operations for JA Organizations

Japan Agricultural News (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo) will hold a free online seminar "Online Seminar Back Office DX for JA" from 13:30 on Friday, May 22, 2026. We are currently recruiting participants widely, mainly executives of corporations, organizations, and legal entities, including JA organizations, and personnel in general affairs and human resources departments. In this seminar, Hidekata Kakouchi, Representative of Reskilling Camp at Persol Research and Consulting Co., Ltd., who planned and launched the corporate reskilling support service "Reskilling Camp" as the business development manager for learning-related businesses while at Persol Innovation Co., Ltd., will give a lecture on "Redefining Back-Office Personnel in JA." Also, Hideo Kataoka of Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. will introduce case studies on the theme of "Tips for Realizing DX Through DX Support for Over 100 Companies Annually."

In addition, SmartHR Co., Ltd. and SmartDrive Co., Ltd., which provide DX solutions that lead to problem-solving, will introduce case studies of implementation in JA organizations and solutions that lead to thorough organizational governance. The content is aimed at all those interested in labor-saving and efficiency of human resources and labor operations, risk management for commuting by private car, and strengthening organizational governance and compliance.

[Background of the Online Seminar]

As the wave of digitalization spreads across all industries, the operations of JA's general affairs and human resources departments are still primarily based on paper, requiring a great deal of time and effort. In addition, for young people accustomed to digital environments, the workplace environment becomes less attractive, which is directly linked to the serious problem of declining recruitment power. This project proposes a concrete vision of transformation that can be achieved through DX solutions that streamline and automate human resources and labor operations with cloud HR/labor software, and manage risks hidden in employees' private car commuting in a paperless manner, as well as a transition to sustainable organizational management, based on the actual operations and challenges of JA.
