As the wave of digitalization spreads across all industries, the operations of JA's general affairs and human resources departments are still primarily based on paper-based workflows, requiring a great deal of time and effort. This also leads to a less attractive work environment for younger generations accustomed to digital environments, directly resulting in a serious challenge of declining recruitment power.
This project, based on the actual business conditions and challenges of JA, proposes a concrete vision of transformation that can be achieved through DX solutions that can manage risks during commuting by private car in a paperless manner, and a shift to sustainable organizational management.
