======================= [April 23 (Thu) 13:00~] Announcement: Free Webinar on 'Regional Revitalization through Gen Z × Local Businesses: How to Build a Multi-Generational Co-Creation Ecosystem Where Industry, Government, Academia, and Citizens Intersect' =======================

AgeWellJapan Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Madoka Akagi; hereinafter "AgeWellJapan"), which operates the intergenerational exchange service "Motto Mate" featuring "grandchild-generation" companions and the permanent multi-generational community space "Mottoba!," will host a free webinar on April 23, 2026 (Thursday). The event, titled "Regional Revitalization through Gen Z × Local Businesses: How to Build a Multi-Generational Co-Creation Ecosystem Where Industry, Government, Academia, and Citizens Intersect," will feature guest speakers including Osamu Kato, Deputy Mayor of Sapporo, as well as representatives from Sapporo Drug Store Co., Ltd., Ai Plan Co., Ltd., and The Chunichi Shimbun Co., Ltd.

Background of the Webinar Through the "Age-Well Design Lab," we have previously created networking opportunities such as the "Age-Well Conference" to serve as a platform for industry, government, academia, and citizens to connect and co-create in our super-aging society.

In this webinar, companies from Hokkaido and the Chubu region that support local communities will take the stage to discuss new challenges that transcend existing business frameworks. We will explore why "experiential spaces" (Age-Well Festivals) created through the collaboration of industry, government, academia, and citizens are necessary now, and how to build sustainable "multi-generational co-creation ecosystems" in local regions. Incorporating real feedback from the "Age-Well Designer Training" conducted in March, we will discuss the "next move" to generate new movements in local regions.
