AEON Entertainment Co., Ltd., which operates 97 'AEON CINEMA' theaters nationwide, will open 'AEON CINEMA Hachioji Takiyama' on June 26, 2026, a cinema complex with 9 screens, introducing the first 'IMAX Laser' in Hachioji City. The theater offers a more immersive viewing experience with vivid, powerful visuals and a sound environment that draws audiences deep into the world of the film. We also focus on customer service and spatial design to ensure a special experience from the moment guests step inside. The theater features an IMAX theater for a revolutionary, immersive experience. Screens 1-8 use Christie laser projectors, providing bright, colorful, and high-contrast images. Screens 1, 2, and 5 support 4K projection, and Screen 5 combines 4K-RGB images from a Christie RGB pure laser projector with DTS Surround Cinema to maximize visual and acoustic beauty. All seats are independent with armrests on both sides, ensuring comfort and personal space. We also aim to strengthen ties with the local community, including nearby schools, to create a space where people connect through entertainment.
