(Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yoshinori Okuno; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates 'Ohitsugohan Shirokujichu,' Japan's largest dashi chazuke specialty chain, will be selling its popular shaved ice for a limited time starting May 13th (Wednesday).

Against the backdrop of earlier summers and increasing heat in recent years, 'Ohitsugohan Shirokujichu' will begin selling three types of special shaved ice with a fluffy texture as a summer-limited menu item from May 13th.

With high temperatures continuing from early summer in recent years, there is a growing demand for "cooling menus" in dining out. In response to these environmental changes, the Company has been actively developing shaved ice for several years, which has been well-received annually. This time, we have prepared three types of shaved ice with different flavors: "Matcha," which uses Gion Tsujiri matcha for a rich Japanese flavor; "Coffee," a sophisticated adult-oriented option with reduced sweetness; and "Strawberry," popular across all generations. Furthermore, by combining mascarpone mousse with all products, we add richness to the refreshing taste of the ice, enhancing the satisfaction as a dessert. 'Ohitsugohan Shirokujichu' will continue to offer comfortable dining experiences to customers by proposing products that adapt to seasonal and social environmental changes.
