Aeon Retail will be selling 'Fisherman's Feast Shrimp Nigiri Sushi,' topped with sea urchin and salmon roe inside shrimp, at approximately 300 Aeon and Aeon Style stores for two days only, on Saturday, May 9th, and Sunday, May 10th.

This year, with rising prices leading to increased frugality, a surge in demand for home dining is anticipated for Mother's Day. In response, Aeon Retail's seafood section is offering visually stunning and delicious sushi to adorn celebratory dining tables.

We are now launching 'Fisherman's Feast Shrimp Nigiri Sushi,' using popular shrimp, as a new celebratory item for Mother's Day. The shrimp used is Indonesian Vannamei shrimp, cultivated through seawater aquaculture without any mixing of brackish water (a mixture of fresh and saltwater with low salinity), characterized by its rich umami flavor. It's a visually splendid dish perfect for Mother's Day celebrations, with sea urchin and salmon roe topped on the butterflied shrimp after deveining.
