This year, with the Mother's Day season approaching, an increase in demand for in-home dining is anticipated due to the cost-saving trend amidst rising prices. In response to this, Aeon Retail's seafood department will offer visually and tastefully luxurious sushi that will brighten up celebratory dining tables. This time, as a new celebratory item for Mother's Day, we are launching the popular "Fishmonger's Luxury Shrimp Nigiri Sushi" using shrimp, which is popular among women. The shrimp used is Indonesian-farmed Vannamei shrimp, raised in pure seawater without any brackish water (a mixture of fresh and saltwater), characterized by its rich umami flavor.
