Aeon Eaheart Co., Ltd. (Location: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yoshinori Okuno; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates restaurants in shopping centers nationwide, will sell a limited-time "Homemade Tsubu-an (chunky red bean paste) and Zunda-an" Obanyaki at its "Murasakian" stores (hereinafter "the Store") starting Wednesday, April 1st.

"Murasakian" is a specialty bean paste shop where customers can enjoy light meals and sweets using homemade tsubu-an cooked in-store. To deliver the flavors of each season, the store offers limited-time Obanyaki every month tailored to the season and events. The limited-time product starting in April is an Obanyaki that combines "Zunda-an" made from Hiden-mame beans grown in Iwate Prefecture with our "homemade tsubu-an." The Zunda-an used this time is characterized by the rich aroma, natural sweetness, and pleasant texture unique to Hiden-mame beans. By pairing it with our homemade tsubu-an, which is cooked with reduced sugar, you can enjoy a deep, multi-layered flavor. The contrast between the deep wisteria-purple of the homemade tsubu-an and the vibrant green of the Zunda-an is visually striking, making it an excellent choice for a small gift.

[About 'Murasakian'] At "Murasakian," we carefully select our ingredients and cook our unique tsubu-an in-store without "shibukiri" (the process of discarding the first boil of water) to reduce sweetness while highlighting the flavor of the adzuki beans. Our homemade tsubu-an, which captures the bounty of Hokkaido, contains no preservatives and is characterized by its gentle taste.

Unique In-Store Kettle-Cooking Method and Hand-Grilling Technique By heating at high temperatures in a dedicated in-store kettle, we cook the beans all at once without breaking the skins. We intentionally skip the "shibukiri" process to draw out the natural flavor and deep, savory taste of the adzuki beans. Each Obanyaki is carefully grilled one by one on a copper plate with excellent thermal conductivity, and by inserting the homemade tsubu-an into a small amount of batter, we achieve a thin-crust finish.

Aeon Eaheart will continue to deliver richness, fun, and deliciousness through "food" by incorporating seasonal events, fresh ingredients, and local specialties.
