According to a survey by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Note 1), the construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage due to rapid aging and a declining workforce, with those aged 55 and over accounting for 36.7%. In addition, with the application of overtime work regulations due to work style reforms, the importance of improving productivity and operational efficiency has increased further. These changes in the working environment have increased the burden of communication and information coordination among stakeholders more than ever before, making the efficiency of communication and the speed of information sharing and decision-making urgent issues.

The AI assistant supports on-site information organization by summarizing chat history and extracting tasks. It can also answer questions such as 'When is this vendor's delivery date?' or 'What is the cost for this item?' by searching for related information in past chat history. Furthermore, it can present potential hazards and points to note at the site according to user instructions, which can be used as reference information for creating KY (Risk Prediction) lists. The AI assistant flexibly supports on-site operations, such as confirming work content, grasping progress, and considering safety measures.

Previously, users had to manually output report data automatically sorted by partner company and send it via email. With this functional enhancement, QR codes or URLs generated on the management screen of 'AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform (Finishing Inspection)' can be shared with a single click on the chat within 'AmiVoice B-Work One', enabling smooth information sharing. Furthermore, regarding the status of correction, 'Requires Confirmation' and 'Confirmed' have been newly added in addition to the existing 'Completed' and 'Incomplete'. This clarifies not only the partner companies' correction work but also the general contractor's confirmation status, supporting the prevention of confirmation omissions and visualization of work processes.

- Photo management app and mouse app available at no additional cost

 The photo management app for general construction work, 'AmiVoice Shashu TORUZO' (Toruzo), and the app 'AmiVoice Talk Mouse', which integrates AmiVoice AI voice recognition and generative AI with mouse functionality, will be provided free of charge to 'AmiVoice B-Work One' users. The proofreading, refinement, and summarization functions utilizing generative AI, which are optional features of 'AmiVoice Talk Mouse', are also available at no additional cost, and there are no limits on the number of images or memos that can be transferred. These tools can be utilized to support on-site operations and daily work efficiency.
