(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Shigenori Shibata, hereinafter feat), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. feat consistently handles everything from software and hardware design to development, centered around software testing and third-party verification.

Our company aims to be a 'Voice AI Enabler' (*1) that comprehensively supports corporate AI utilization originating from voice. Under such circumstances, based on our unique 'M-Dev (Market Development with Enterprise Deployment)' (*2) philosophy, we are actively promoting collaborations with other companies, including M&A.

Through making feat a wholly-owned subsidiary this time, we will integrate our voice AI technology with feat's development and verification capabilities to construct a robust AI solution development system.
