This allows for automated phone responses based on data within kintone, such as identity verification and processing reservations. Daiwa LifeNext, Inc. is scheduled to be the first to adopt this integrated solution. The update also adds DTMF input during guidance playback and improves speech recognition accuracy for addresses and noise-prone environments.
