New Rental Meeting Rooms and Large Hall Opened 4 Minutes from Ochanomizu Station, Accommodating up to 200 People

Adval Inc., a company that operates and develops over 300 rental space, meeting room, and serviced office locations primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, has started listing three spaces—a large hall and meeting rooms—within the Tokyo YWCA Hall on its rental space booking site 'TIME SHARING' starting today, May 22.

The Tokyo YWCA Hall is located a 4-minute walk from the Ochanomizu Bridge Exit of JR Ochanomizu Station. The newly listed Kaufman Hall is a large hall capable of accommodating up to 200 people, making it suitable for large-scale events such as lectures, certification exams, concerts, film screenings, reunions, and parties involving food and drink.

Two meeting rooms are also listed: Room 215 for small groups and Room 217 for medium-scale use. Room 215 can accommodate up to 12 people and is recommended for meetings, interviews, and press coverage. Room 217 can accommodate 24 people in a U-shape layout or up to 36 people in a classroom-style layout, making it suitable for training, interviews, and press coverage.
