ADTANK Inc. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Kenichi Kanno; hereinafter "ADTANK") announces that it has received investment as a private investor from Mr. Masaru Wasami, founder and Representative Director President of AZ-COM Maruwa Holdings Co., Ltd.

Purpose of Funding

Following its transition to a holding company structure in February 2026, ADTANK is promoting "next-generation group management" that combines its unique service ADTURN with management strategies. The funds raised will be primarily invested in the following two areas:

Strengthening AI Product Development

We will accelerate the development of our unique AI products, based on our expertise in "advertising x AI consulting." By introducing products incorporating AI-driven automation and optimization into the market, we aim to shift from a labor-intensive to a knowledge-intensive model, establishing a scalable model for advanced management support.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

We will actively implement "acqui-hiring," which involves welcoming young management talent with excellent technical skills and products, along with their entire teams, rather than just simple M&A. The joining members can leverage our powerful tool, ADTURN, to create a greater social impact as next-generation leaders within the holding company structure.
