Adsol Nissin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiaki Shinozaki) has implemented "Claude Code," an AI agent tool for developers developed and provided by US-based Anthropic, starting from June 2026, creating an environment where it can be used for all company development.

In May 2026, Adsol Nissin formulated and announced its new mid-term management plan, "New Canvas 2031 –The Next Page–." As a business strategy to achieve the performance targets of 30 billion JPY in sales and 5 billion JPY in operating profit for the fiscal year ending March 2031, this plan emphasizes "New Technology Adaptation: AI." It calls for establishing a development system that "masters and befriends AI" and preparing an execution environment for "AI-driven development" and "AI-native development" that presumes the use of AI.
The company-wide introduction of the Claude Code development environment is part of this business strategy.

## 2. Future Outlook: Company-Wide Introduction of "Claude Code": Toward Optimization of AI Development Environments According to Customer Characteristics
(1) Overview of Claude Code
Claude Code is an AI agent tool for developers provided by Anthropic. It enables the intuitive and rapid advancement of the development process, from code generation to review and maintenance, through natural language instructions. It is expected to realize high-quality development and operational efficiency through productivity improvements using auto-completion and review functions, reduction of person-dependency and knowledge gaps through standardization of development processes, enhancement of the entire team's development capabilities, and shortening of development cycles.

(2) Company-Wide Introduction of Claude Code to the Development Environment
Adsol Nissin has been exploring and trialing Claude Code since 2025 for the practical application of AI-driven and AI-native development, which has been rapidly gaining attention. The company has now decided to implement it to further enhance the value provided to customers.
In the future, we will promote its use by selectively using Claude Code, the already implemented "GitHub Copilot," and our company's own generative AI tool "AdsolChat," which has no risk of information leakage, according to the application, customer characteristics, security requirements, etc.

(3) Expansion of Service Menus Assuming the Introduction of Claude Code
In April 2026, our company established the "AI Business Promotion Department" to further expand our AI business. Centered around this department, we are building a safe and high-quality development system, including the establishment of internal guidelines for AI development. In parallel, we are enhancing our data management service "D×DLeap" to prepare data for AI-driven development using tools like Claude Code.
Furthermore, Claude Code will not be limited to application in these external services but will also be utilized to promote internal DX and AX (AI Transformation).
