Functional shoe brand "and・more" primarily develops and sells waterproof and slip-resistant shoes through crowdfunding, having received over 60.46 million yen in cumulative support to date.

We have established a shipping system that could not be realized by one person alone, achieving a sustainable manufacturing model.

■ Creating jobs by delivering, not just by selling.
By adopting a "produce only what is needed" style, we thoroughly maintain operations without excess inventory.
However, the inspection, packaging, and shipping after receiving orders became a significant burden for one person to handle.

■ A new system in collaboration with employment support facilities
To solve this challenge,
for the new product in the waterproof series, "Landiver Gloves,"
the processes of inspection, labeling, packaging, and shipping
were carried out in collaboration with Phoenix Support (Chuo-ku, Osaka), a Type A continuous employment support facility for people with disabilities.
This established a system where "the delivery process itself creates jobs."

In the Landiver Gloves project,
we received support from a cumulative total of 2,793 people, realizing approximately 3,273 shipments.

we started this initiative with the desire to create value through both "making" and "delivering."

Although it is a small brand that I started alone,
I feel the potential in being able to create "jobs" through the delivery process.

I want to expand a system that produces only what is needed, without overproducing, and then helps people.

■ Biography
From 1992, engaged in system development as a system engineer for approximately 17 and a half years.
Subsequently, involved in the planning, development, and nationwide expansion of new services in the IT and EC fields, including launching online shop support services and experiencing business alliances with major companies.
Decided to become independent due to a turning point of business downsizing.

Became independent in the EC business from 2013.
Engaged in product development and sales from a field perspective, and started online sales.

After a preparation period at an entrepreneur support facility,
established and・more Inc. in 2015 and assumed the position of Representative Director.

Currently, promoting the creation of a system that "produces only what is needed and creates jobs in the process of delivery."
Challenging new manufacturing that balances waste reduction and job creation.

■ Future Outlook
and・more will evolve from now on,
not by one person making and one person delivering,

but into a "system of mutual support in delivery."
