ADK Marketing Solutions, AI Ops Manager, and Framer Launch Joint Project Initiative

ADK Marketing Solutions Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshiya Oyama, hereinafter "ADK MS"), AI Ops Manager Inc. (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; President: Shunsuke Morii, hereinafter "AI Ops Manager"), and Framer B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Co-founder & CEO: Koen Bok, hereinafter "Framer") have launched a joint project aimed at supporting the growth of companies and startups seeking to create new businesses, through the "ADK Startup Boost Studio"*1 service launched in 2024.

In recent years, the rapid spread of generative AI has dramatically changed the speed and methods for launching and growing businesses. For new businesses and startups, a critical theme that determines competitiveness is the ability to design business operations to be AI-native within limited resources, while simultaneously establishing brands and customer touchpoints in a short period. However, many companies face challenges with fragmented functions, making it difficult for concepts to reach execution.

This joint project will leverage the strengths of each company: ADK MS's brand strategy and marketing design, Framer's ability to create diverse expressions through intuitive operation for web and platform production, and AI Ops Manager's provision of immediately deployable AI talent and support for in-house AI development.

The objective is to accelerate growth speed and contribute to business by providing end-to-end support for client companies in building their businesses, from idea generation to full-scale business growth.

🔳Key Support Programs of the 3-Company Joint Project

This project will primarily promote the following initiatives:

1. Provision of Integrated Support Programs for Client Companies Launching New Businesses (for Startups)

- Framer: High-speed, high-quality construction of brand sites, landing pages, and service sites. - AI Ops Manager: AI talent provides support, assisting in making marketing operations and business management AI-native. - ADK MS provides upstream support for business concept design, brand strategy, and growth planning.

2. Building an "Entry to Deep Dive" Problem-Solving Model Centered on AI Talent

Starting with the concrete touchpoint of Framer's site construction, AI Ops Manager's AI talent will identify deep operational and business challenges within client companies. In collaboration with ADK MS, consulting services will be offered to provide solutions for higher-level management and marketing issues.

3. Support for Japanese Companies Utilizing the Global Platform "Framer"

Promote the utilization of Framer by Japanese client companies through the Framer agency program, providing workspaces and active Japanese language support*2.

As the first concrete outcome of this joint project, ADK MS's service "ADK Startup Boost Studio," which supports the value enhancement of startups, was rebranded and a new service site (https://www.adk-sbs.jp/) was jointly created. This initiative directly embodies the collaboration of the three companies.

Through this rebranding, "ADK Startup Boost Studio" has evolved into a service that supports startups and new business growth phases by integrating brand, web, and AI utilization, and will be rolled out as the standard model for the joint project's support programs going forward.
