Currently, many business owners in the manufacturing and construction industries, which are part of the manufacturing sector in Tokyo, cite labor shortages as an urgent management issue. Effective support to resolve this issue is urgently required to achieve continuous business growth and improve productivity. On the other hand, there are also many job seekers aiming for full-time employment.
Through the operation of this project, Adecco will collaborate with a council composed of relevant organizations such as regional economic associations to identify job openings by receiving information from local companies in need of human resources. At the same time, by utilizing the system of temporary staffing, Adecco will support job seekers in gaining stable income and finding full-time employment with manufacturing companies.
In utilizing the temporary staffing system in this project, Adecco will foster full-time employment through "companion-style support" that stays close to job seekers and provides detailed follow-ups. Experienced career advisors will be assigned to support registration for the project, conduct interviews to understand future career hopes and aspirations, and provide highly accurate matching and thorough follow-up by having a single career advisor serve as the dedicated point of contact for each individual.
Adecco has a track record of operating numerous commissioned projects by government agencies and local municipalities. By maximizing the know-how cultivated over many years in employment support and talent acquisition/utilization, Adecco will continue to contribute to improving corporate performance and expanding employment opportunities for job seekers.
