Adecco Starts Operation of Tokyo Shωτερ Foundation's Reiwa 8 (2026) "Manufacturing Industry Workforce Acquisition Support Project"

Currently, many business owners in the manufacturing and construction industries, which are part of the manufacturing sector in Tokyo, cite labor shortages as an urgent management issue. Effective support to resolve this issue is urgently required to achieve continuous business growth and improve productivity. Experienced career advisors will be assigned to support registration for the project, conduct interviews to understand future career hopes and aspirations, and provide highly accurate matching and thorough follow-up by having a single career advisor serve as the dedicated point of contact for each individual.
