Adecco Begins Operation of the Tokyo Foundation for Jobs' FY2026 "Manufacturing Industry Human Resource Securement Support Project"

Through the operation of this project, Adecco will support the recruitment of talent for companies engaged in the manufacturing industry in Tokyo, as well as support the employment of job seekers.

Currently, many business owners in manufacturing and construction industries in Tokyo cite labor shortages as a pressing management issue. By assigning experienced career advisors to provide support for project registration and conduct hearings on future career hopes and preferences, a single career advisor acts as the dedicated person in charge for that talent, thereby achieving more accurate matching and careful follow-up.
