Clover Fields (Location: Nishi Ward, Kumamoto City / Representative: Osamu Sakai), an organization planning sports-based community development, has announced that the "Kinpozan Challenge Trail 2026," a trail running event set against the backdrop of Mount Kinpo, a representative peak of Kumamoto City's Nishi Ward, will be held on September 6, 2026 (Sun).

The stage for the event is Mount Kinpo, boasting rich nature, history, and spectacular views.

Once participants leave the starting point, "Kinpo Mori no Eki Michikusa Kan," they will encounter an adventure unlike their daily lives, including a mountain trail bathed in dappled sunlight, trails winding through the forest, and breathtaking views of the Ariake Sea from the summit.

The General Run (approx. 12.8km) will take participants up the North Route trail, through Yamagara Village, and up the Sarusuberi Course to the summit of Mount Kinpo. From there, they will descend via the West Route trail, passing Iwatokannon before reaching the goal.

The scenery that unfolds beyond the summit is a reward only those who have challenged themselves can obtain.

This year, a new event, the "With Pet Run" (approx. 3.2km), has been introduced.

This special category allows participants to enjoy nature with their beloved dogs and has a limited capacity of 15 pairs. It's an opportunity to create unforgettable memories with your canine family member.

Additionally, the "Parent-Child Run" (approx. 3.6km), designed for beginners and families, and the "Trekking" (approx. 12.8km), allowing participants to enjoy nature at their own pace, are also available.

This event is designed for those who think: "This is my first trail run." "I want to enjoy nature with my children." "I want to rediscover the charm of Mount Kinpo."

Participants can join with peace of mind.
