・ What is the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System?
As one of the initiatives toward realizing a society with healthy and long-lived citizens, this is an effort by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to promote "Health and Productivity Management," which involves strategically practicing initiatives that lead to health maintenance and promotion by considering employee health management from a managerial perspective.
The Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System was established by METI in FY2016 to create an environment where corporations, such as large enterprises and SMEs practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management, can be "visualized" and receive evaluation from employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, and others.
Based on evaluation criteria set by the Health and Medical New Industry Council's Health Investment Working Group, the Nippon Kenko Kaigi certifies organizations as "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations."

2. Clarifying health issues and encouraging behavioral changes to promote health
