Achievement Inc. (headquartered in Koto City, Tokyo; President and Chairman: Hitoshi Aoki) held the 13th Strategic Management Planning Seminar over two days, on Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3, 2026. A total of 117 executives from 75 companies gathered to spend two intensive days designing the future of their respective organizations. Additionally, the company launched a trial of its new 'Business Plan Creation Support System,' enhancing its support framework for translating strategic plans into on-site execution.

Holistic, Purpose-Driven Design from the Core of the Enterprise

This seminar is not merely a session for setting numerical targets and drafting plans to achieve them. Over two days, participants thoroughly verbalize a holistic and consistent design, rooted in the company's foundational 'purpose,' aligned with the 'five perspectives' that executives must consider.

### The Five Perspectives of Business Strategy

- Establishing high-value, outstanding products and services - Building effective sales and marketing systems - Recruiting and developing excellent human resources - Financial strategy - Business strategy

Participants clarified the 'priority of management challenges' most critical to their current situation and formulated concrete action plans by working backward from 'execution.'

Introducing 'People-Centered Planning' and a New System to Prevent Plans from Becoming 'Pie in the Sky'

Unlike typical planning sessions that end with a document, this seminar emphasizes identifying 'who the key person will be' in driving the plan forward—what is known as 'people-centered planning.' A key feature is addressing the specific 'communication methods' needed to implement plans on the ground.

Furthermore, starting this year, the company began a trial operation of the new 'Business Plan Creation Support System.' By using this system, visions and plans verbalized during the seminar can be smoothly visualized, further strengthening post-seminar support for deployment and implementation at the operational level.

- Number of participants: 75 companies, 117 individuals - Industries and roles: Executives, officers, and managers from diverse sectors including dentistry, construction, clinics, professional services, and manufacturing

- 'I didn't know how to create a business plan before, but now I have a clear outlook.' - 'I've made business plans before, but never thought so deeply and comprehensively.' - 'Next time, I want to attend with my management team!'
