Achievement Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Chairman & President: Hitoshi Aoki) held the 'Top of the Road' Achievement Technology Course Special Seminar for three days from Wednesday, April 22 to Friday, April 24, 2026, at its Tokyo Head Office 'Grand Hall'. This was the first time the seminar was held at the newly established hall.

This time, we welcomed 519 business owners and business succession candidates. Our representative, Hitoshi Aoki, who served as the lecturer, shared practical examples from various perspectives, ranging from life design to business management.

Why do top executives deliberately leave the front lines to create three days to envision the future?

"'Envisioning the future of the organization' is the most valuable work that only executives can do."

Aoki, who lectured at this seminar, conveyed the true role that executives should play, based on his 39 years of management experience and experience guiding over 530,000 people. Because an executive's thinking determines the future of the organization, prioritizing time to envision the future and steadily executing based on priorities directly leads to the sustainable development of the organization.

However, for executives, it is not easy to step away from the daily operations and decision-making to secure time solely for envisioning the future. That is why this seminar offers three days dedicated to 'envisioning the future of the organization,' which is often difficult to secure. It is a three-day program where participants thoroughly delve into 'what, for whom, and why they manage,' envision 'the future they want to achieve as a company,' and translate it into an action plan.

Seeing the true strengths and challenges of one's own company through cross-industry dialogue.

Our company has newly established the 'Grand Hall' at our Tokyo Head Office and continues to pursue the quality of learning through in-person events.

One of the major reasons we continue to hold in-person events is the value of 'collaborative learning,' which we have emphasized since our founding. At the venue, executives from different industries, business types, and company sizes are divided into tables of six, sharing their learning in each session. They engage in honest discussions about each other's challenges and visions with executives from other industries and business types, with whom they usually have few points of contact. The multifaceted perspectives gained through these 'horizontal connections' serve as an opportunity to gain new insights and learning.

Precisely because online events have become mainstream in modern times, we deliberately choose to learn together and envision the future with colleagues. Through dialogue with other executives, participants can see the strengths and challenges of their own company that they had not noticed before. Participants utilize this seminar as a place for such collaborative learning.

97.7% experienced 'behavioral change'. Behavioral and performance changes created through practical application on site.

This seminar aims for participants to not only envision their own and their organization's future but also to realize that envisioned future themselves, rather than letting it remain a mere wish. To achieve this, we provide knowledge of 'Choice Theory Psychology,' which unravels the mechanism of behavior, and over 300 ideas based on success philosophy, as 'techniques' to turn the envisioned future into reality.

Indeed, in a post-seminar survey on changes, 97.7% of participants responded that their 'actual behavior changed.' Furthermore, in a survey limited to executives, data showed that post-seminar performance improved by an average of 142.6%, and for those who participated more than three years ago, it improved by an average of 326.4% (*).

Thanks to this, the seminar has been highly evaluated as a course for learning 'techniques' to change behavior and performance, not just acquiring knowledge, with over 80% of participants attending through word-of-mouth or referrals. We have received more requests for participation than last year.
