Achievement Corporation (Location: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chairman: Hitoshi Aoki) held the special seminar of the Achievement Technology Course, part of the 'Path to the Summit®' program, for business owners and those scheduled to inherit businesses, from Wednesday, March 25th to Friday, March 27th, 2026, at the Achievement Tokyo Training Center. Marking the milestone 75th session, we conveyed the 'Philosophy-Based Management' method, which leads to continuous increases in revenue and profit, to approximately 390 business leaders gathered from across the country.

■ A Clear Management Purpose Becomes a Centripetal Force for Recruitment and Development
"The true purpose of management is to bring happiness to those connected to the company." This is what Hitoshi Aoki, President and Chairman of Achievement Corporation, who has been involved in educating over 10,000 small and medium-sized business owners, conveys during the seminar. Traditional management theory argued that "the purpose of management is profit-seeking." Despite facing criticism from those around him from the beginning, saying, "If you keep saying such idealistic things, you'll run the company into the ground," he has consistently adhered to this policy for 39 years.
By focusing on the "corporate philosophy" – the reason for the company's existence and its purpose – and pursuing it, they have achieved Philosophy-Based Management, which generates profits, leading to an organization with sales of 8.19 billion yen and ordinary profit of 2.89 billion yen.

■ Hitoshi Aoki, CEO of the Achievement Group, Serves as the Instructor
The instructor is Hitoshi Aoki, the first Asian recipient of the Napoleon Hill Foundation Gold Medal, who, as a founder, built a company with sales of 8.19 billion yen and ordinary profit of 2.89 billion yen from scratch himself. During the seminar, practical methods, not just theoretical concepts, were discussed, centered around the "Five Pillars" that business leaders should address.
・Recruitment and Development: Educational techniques to attract talent who resonate with the philosophy and foster their initiative.
・Sales and Marketing: Strategies to build long-term trust with customers.
・Product Development: Unique technological capabilities to create overwhelming added value.
・Financial Management: A sound financial foundation to achieve high profitability and retained earnings.
・Strategy Formulation: Planning that turns vision into reality through backward thinking.
