A new proposal to savor the unknown deliciousness of sturgeon 'meat' raised in Achi Village, Nagano Prefecture, from sashimi to oyaki with sturgeon and nozawana, and even oyakodon topped with caviar.
This luxurious plan, making the most of Southern Shinshu's bounty, is offered with a caviar souvenir and free-flowing drinks, limited to June only. This experience, memorable for both the eyes and the palate, is truly a 'feast of fine food and sake.'
Furthermore, to commemorate the release of this plan, we will hold a tasting event inviting tourism bureau officials. We welcome media coverage.
