The Institute for Information Industry (III), under the guidance of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Administration and in collaboration with the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA), is pleased to announce the "TAIWAN Tech Pavilion" at the "2026 Japan IT Week Spring," to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, April 8th to Friday, April 10th, 2026.

The "TAIWAN Tech Pavilion" will feature advanced solutions where Taiwanese companies excel, including Edge AI, Generative AI Infrastructure, AI Servers, Smart Surveillance, AI Visual Inspection, Logistics Automation, and Smart Parking. These solutions are designed to address challenges faced by Japanese companies, such as labor shortages, efficiency improvements, real-time processing, and data sovereignty, in areas like manufacturing, logistics, distribution, public infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption, offering concrete implementation proposals.

Participating companies include NexAIoT, which automates factory inspection and equipment control with AI; Inventec × AIMobile, offering AI servers and edge AI solutions; Graid Technology, proposing next-generation NVMe RAID technology utilizing GPUs; INFINITIX × Phison, integrating GPU resource management with AI memory expansion; Netiot × ShareGuru, deploying on-premise generative AI; Kapito, specializing in AI visual inspection for Roll-to-Roll manufacturing; TAC Dynamics, providing logistics automation solutions; and Baosen International, focusing on AI surveillance and smart parking. These companies represent the forefront of Taiwan's AI innovation.

Notably, the solutions presented by Taiwanese companies are characterized by a strong focus on "AI that can be used in the field." This includes on-premise generative AI with reduced cloud dependency, edge AI enabling millisecond-level responses, smart surveillance and inspection technologies designed for integration with existing equipment, and AI storage infrastructure supporting high-speed data processing. These offerings are structured to be easily considered for adoption by Japanese manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and SIer industries.

Through this pavilion, III aims to promote the technological capabilities and implementation expertise of Taiwan's ICT and AI-related companies to the Japanese market. Furthermore, we seek to create multifaceted business opportunities, including collaborations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), distribution partnerships, system implementations, and joint development with Japanese companies. Taiwan possesses a robust industrial base in semiconductors, ICT hardware, AI edge devices, and system integration, and in recent years has been strengthening its ability to propose integrated solutions. This exhibition serves as a platform to directly introduce the evolution of Taiwan's industry to Japan's industrial sector.

During the exhibition, we will explore concrete collaboration possibilities across a wide range of fields, including manufacturing, logistics, retail, data centers, and AI infrastructure for enterprises, through one-on-one business meetings, technical presentations, and live demonstrations with visiting companies. We invite you to visit the "TAIWAN Tech Pavilion" as an opportunity to discover Taiwanese solutions that can be immediately effective in the Japanese market.
