Popular Local Ehime Creator Supports the Region's Future! Interviewing Young Employees at Airport Operator 'ANA Air Service Matsuyama'

Ace Creative Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hojo-tsuji, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture; Representative Director: Shinya Akiyama; hereinafter 'Ace Creative'), commissioned by Ehime Prefecture, is promoting the 'Hime-Boss Declaration Business Certification System,' which supports the creation of attractive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

To share the real-life experiences of people working in Ehime and the charm of the region through the lens of a local creator, we are collaborating with 'Tomi,' an Ehime-based videographer with 120,000 total social media followers, for a series of posts on the official 'Hime-Boss' Instagram account.

■ Interviewing an airport operator committed to creating a workplace where women can thrive!

For this collaboration with 'Tomi,' we visited 'ANA Air Service Matsuyama,' the only ANA Group airport operator in Shikoku. The company handles various ground-based operations that support air travel, including passenger services, ground handling, and operations management.

The company is certified as a 'Hime-Boss Super Premium Business' and boasts a 61% female employee ratio (as of April 2025). Due to its high percentage of women, the company is actively engaged in promoting women's empowerment, supporting the balance between work and family life, and maintaining an environment where employees can continue to work through various life events.

We focused our filming on Ms. Takaoka, a second-year employee in charge of cargo and ground handling. A university student reporter conducted an authentic interview, asking questions about her daily work and reflecting on her job-hunting experience.
