What is a Certified NPO Corporation? It refers to an NPO Corporation that has cleared strict standards regarding the public interest of its activities, as well as the appropriateness of its organizational management, accounting, and information disclosure. As of January 2025, out of approximately 49,000 NPO Corporations nationwide, only about 1,300 organizations are certified, which is a mere 2.7% of the total.
