ABEMA, a video streaming service, has started a free live broadcast of 'MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026', one of Japan's largest international music awards, held on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

ABEMA will deliver the events of the awards through a special programming lineup lasting approximately 11 hours, including original studio segments.

'MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN' is an international music award established under the concept of 'connecting with the world and lighting up the future of music.' This second iteration has expanded in scale since its inaugural event in 2025.

The event locations and schedule for the day are as follows: - Daytime: 'Premiere Ceremony' announcing over 60 categories, held at SGC Hall Ariake (TOKYO DREAM PARK). - Nighttime: 'Grand Ceremony' and 'Red Carpet' announcing main categories, held at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO.
