This program was announced on the YouTube channel "Shushutto Gokurosan," which Kukki! and Hollywood Zakoshisyoh launched in October 2024, reaching 400,000 subscribers in about a year. After five special episodes aired from January 2026 garnered a strong response, the show returns as a full 20-episode regular series in response to viewer demand.

In #6 airing June 8 (Monday), the MAD5 members conduct a "health checkup" to ensure they stay healthy, with guest Shinichi Omimai. At the start, Kukki! declares, "Let's detect body abnormalities early!" but reports that "due to budget constraints, we couldn't get a doctor." So they decide to do a "MAD-style" health checkup by "comparing each other's bodies and finding abnormalities."

First, Kawakita proposes an "oral examination." Shinichi is called and reluctantly gets on the examination table, saying, "Why me! I'm not the starter!" Kawakita immediately checks Shinichi's mouth with an endoscope camera and finds something odd. "What is this!?" Everyone is bewildered as the "oral examination" begins.

Next, Hollywood Zakoshisyoh suggests the "split jump test," saying "If you're healthy, you can jump really high." They check health levels based on jump height and beauty. As members jump one by one, they watch Hollywood's jump in slow motion... The beauty of it draws exclamations of surprise from the studio.

Then, Ikeda tests members' "memory" using an overly unique method. Amid the chaotic exams that deviate from normal medical checkups, Kukki! finally says, "I'm worried about my condition, I want you all to check it," and asks to examine a certain part of his body. Everyone examines Kukki!'s body, but they start screaming and fleeing, shouting "Oh no!" "Wow! No way!" Kukki! ends up crying and shouting "Enough!" in a shocking conclusion.
