ABEMA, the "new future TV," will begin early streaming of the second season of the buzzworthy "life-sized" romantic comedy TV anime "You and I Are Polar Opposites" every Sunday at 5:30 PM, starting July 5, 2026.

"You and I Are Polar Opposites" is based on the romantic comedy manga by Kocha Agasawa, serialized in "Shonen Jump+" (Shueisha). It is a youth romantic comedy that depicts the school life and growing relationship of two "polar opposites": Suzuki, a girl who is always energetic but worries about what others think, and Tani, a quiet boy who can clearly state his own opinions. The story follows them as they respect each other and slowly deepen their understanding. The "life-sized" love story, which resonates with the delicate emotions unique to adolescence, has garnered significant support and buzz, including winning the Work Award at the 4th Magademy Awards and being nominated for numerous other manga awards. The first TV anime series began in January 2026, drawing even more attention.

With the announcement of the second season of the "You and I Are Polar Opposites" TV anime, it has been decided that, like the first season, it will be streamed early on ABEMA.
