[Important] Anime Celebrating Their 20th Anniversary Gather! ABEMA Special Project "~20 Years Unchanging, Our Sanctuary~ #CelebrateAnniversaryAnimeOnABEMA" to be Held from April 1st (Wednesday)!

ABEMA, the "New Future TV," will hold a special project titled "~20 Years Unchanging, Our Sanctuary~ #CelebrateAnniversaryAnimeOnABEMA" featuring masterpiece anime celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2026, starting from April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday).

The year 2006 saw the birth of numerous masterpieces that are still talked about today, including "Reborn!," "Ouran High School Host Club," "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion," "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya," "Gintama," "Higurashi: When They Cry," and "Death Note." From battle, school comedy, and youth drama to mystery and gag genres, each captured the hearts of many fans with its diverse worldviews and compelling characters, continuing to receive unwavering support even now.

In this project, the aforementioned 7 titles will be broadcast sequentially and for free over approximately one month, from April 1st (Wednesday) to April 26th (Sunday). On this milestone of the 20th anniversary, we will deliver a special program to re-experience the excitement and thrills of that era.

We invite fans who were engrossed in front of their TVs back then, as well as those encountering these works for the first time, to enjoy these Heisei era masterpieces for free on ABEMA.
