In this program, together with experienced instructors, participants will conduct multi-faceted self-analysis using lifeline charts and "Spotlight Reports" based on personality trait diagnosis (Facet5) to verbalize strengths and values they were not even aware of. Furthermore, they will re-recognize how those strengths can be utilized in the organization and formulate a career vision and concrete action plan that can flexibly respond to environmental changes.
