Background and Purpose
The wall of 'organizational utilization and integration' beyond tool adoption
In recent years, while the adoption of AI tools has progressed in many companies, voices from the development frontlines have raised the following issues:
- We introduced AI tools, but we cannot visualize productivity improvements.
- The formulation of AI utilization guidelines and risk management is hindering the frontlines.
- We don't know the right answer on how to transform the development process itself using AI.
Currently, what many development organizations are facing is the phase of 'organizational utilization and integration,' which comes after the initial phase of 'tool adoption.'
Challenges when continuing and utilizing generative AI tools as an organization. Qiita Engineer White Paper 2026: https://qiita.com/white_papers/2026, *N=1,888. Excluding students/unemployed. Multiple answers.
We aim to be a partner that comprehensively supports the growth drive of companies, rather than merely providing a place for recording and sharing knowledge among engineers. We launched this program as a social initiative to further advance Japanese engineering towards being 'AI-native,' leveraging our expertise in operating Japan's largest engineer community and our AI utilization know-how within our own development organization.
What this program offers
Qiita's development organization managers and specialists will listen to the current situation from corporate leaders and management, and visualize the 'current state of AI-ization' focusing on the following points:
Bouncing ideas for challenges
We will dig deeper into vague feelings of issues such as 'I feel like our AI adoption isn't going well' or 'I sense there is some problem,' and clarify the bottlenecks.
Clarification of goals
We will support the materialization of the final state the organization should aim for by introducing and establishing AI.
Advice on actions
We will propose realistic AI steps and next actions tailored to each company's tech stack and team composition.
Recommended for those who have the following challenges:
- CTO / VPoE / Development Managers: Want to quantify engineer productivity improvements through AI adoption.
- Tech Leads / PMs: Want to establish AI as a standard workflow on the front lines.
- DX Promotion Managers: Want to prepare an environment where engineers can exhibit their true creativity.
Flow of the consultation session
Entry: Please fill out and submit the necessary information using the form on the special page (*URL inserted).
