Recently, it has been actively engaged in development utilizing AI. By delivering this knowledge at the "Japan IT Week [Spring]" seminar, the company decided to cooperate in this seminar, believing it would contribute to improving software development and the operational efficiency of engineers supporting development.

In this seminar, Qiita Inc. will introduce the decision-making process that led to the company-wide implementation of Claude Code to its engineering organization and the transformation process thereafter.

The impetus for the company-wide implementation came from the presenter's conviction, gained through thoroughly utilizing Claude Code himself, that "lead-class output becomes unlimited." During the gradual pilot implementation, the lesson learned was that "a bottom-up approach of providing Claude Code licenses to those who wished for them presented high psychological barriers and hindered adoption." This led to the decision to transition all at once to the Claude Team plan. After implementation, this not only led to increased productivity but also to successive site-led workflow innovations.

In the age of AI, what is required of management is not "control" but "personally immersing oneself in its use and rewriting the organization's common sense (unlearning)." This practical knowledge will be shared.

After working part-time, joined Increments (now Qiita Inc.) in April 2019 as a new graduate. After joining, he was responsible for product development and functional improvements for Qiita and Qiita Jobs.

From January 2020, he managed product management for "Qiita" and managed team members. From April 2025, he has been overseeing the development organization as the Head of the Product Development Department.
