Based in 'Hakata Deitos' within JR Hakata Station, KOKUNEKO specializes in 'Koku-Uma' (rich and delicious) sweets that combine the deep sweetness of brown sugar with the fragrant richness of butter. This event marks the brand's first venture outside Hakata for a national pop-up at Hankyu Umeda Main Store. The new 'Kokuma Langue de Chat' will be sold at this event. The dough is made with brown sugar and grass-fed butter (*1), baked lightly, and sandwiched with butter-flavored chocolate (*2).
