Investment in Film Production Fund Operated by K2 Pictures

FIVESTAR interactive Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Shogo Kimura, hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") is pleased to announce that it has invested in the film production fund "K2P Film Fund Ⅰ" (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") operated by K2 Pictures Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Muneyuki Kii).

Our company provides digital promotion consulting for global companies both overseas and domestically. Our in-house staff is multilingual and handles planning and promotion centered on digital media, design, system construction, SNS content development, e-commerce site construction, and operational support. Furthermore, we are broadly involved in all aspects of localization for foreign companies entering the Japanese market, including software development, SNS management, translation, photography, video production, and event support. We provide consultation that supports CI (Corporate Identity) branding as a partner to our client companies.

Through this investment in the Fund, we resonate with K2 Pictures' vision of "creating a new ecosystem for Japanese cinema" and have decided to participate in their initiatives.
