Koza Shinkin Bank Joins "KSA Partner Program" as Strategy Partner

The KSA Steering Committee (Secretariat: Four Cs Inc., etc.), which operates "Koza Startup Arcade" (hereinafter, KSA), a community where diverse challengers gather, is pleased to announce that from April 1, 2026, Koza Shinkin Bank (Head Office: Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture; Representative: President Isamu Kiyuna; hereinafter, Koza Shinkin) will participate as a Strategy Partner (co-creation) in the "KSA Partner Program."

Through this participation, we will integrate the specialized knowledge of a community-rooted financial institution with KSA's challenger community, accelerating new business creation and regional economic revitalization from Koza, Okinawa City.

Background of Strategy Partner Participation

The KSA Steering Committee and Koza Shinkin Bank have deeply collaborated to form Okinawa's startup ecosystem.

We have received support in both funding and community assistance, including continuous sponsorship for "KOZAROCKS," an urban startup conference organized by Four Cs Inc., the secretariat of the KSA Steering Committee, and investment in the "Shinryo Fund," which aims to be a bridge between Asia and Japan.

The purpose of participating as a "Strategy Partner" this time is to advance the existing cooperative relationship one step further and promote more concrete co-creation projects with our committee, such as individual business collaborations and support for startup growth. By intersecting the network of Koza Shinkin Bank, which is the core of regional finance, and the diverse talents gathered at KSA, KSA aims to "create a cycle of challenges and give birth to new industries and culture."

What is the KSA Partner Program?

Under the mission of "creating a cycle of challenges and giving birth to new industries and culture," KSA has fostered an environment where challengers gather and grow. Going forward, it will transition to a phase that promotes the growth and social implementation of challenges by incorporating external resources held by companies and organizations.

The KSA Partner Program is a framework for companies to participate in the cycle of challenges and jointly create new value through business collaboration, recruitment, demonstration, and knowledge provision. To accommodate different objectives and levels of involvement for each company, four types of partner plans are set according to the level of participation.

What is KSA (Koza Startup Arcade)?

KSA is a community of challengers, including startups, creators, government, financial institutions, and overseas businesses, formed in the shopping district area of Koza, Okinawa City.

Currently, 15 locations, including co-working spaces, shared offices, studios, and galleries, are collaborating to foster an environment where "challengers meet daily and co-creation is born."
