To achieve this "Bankoku Shinryo" vision, further organizational expansion is essential. To accelerate our pace and achieve even greater growth, we have decided to welcome Mr. Hikaru Kanemura, who is well-versed in the Okinawa startup ecosystem, as our new director.

Since 2017, he has been involved in the establishment project of the "Okinawa IT Innovation Strategy Center (ISCO)," an industrial support organization aiming to promote Okinawa Prefecture's economy primarily through the IT technology sector. He has consistently been engaged in supporting startup growth, contributing to the creation of mechanisms in various fields such as entrepreneurship support, entrepreneur development and growth support, and open innovation. He serves as the Chairman of the Operating Committee for the "Okinawa Startup Ecosystem Consortium," which comprises approximately 80 organizations from industry, government, academia, and finance within Okinawa Prefecture. He is also a Specially Appointed Professor at the University of the Ryukyus (responsible for Entrepreneurship), an Advisor (Startup) at the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan, and will join Four Cs Co., Ltd. as a director from April 2026.
