1. Implementation of Telework, Flextime, Reduced Working Hours System, and Hourly Paid Leave System
Among employees who returned to work after childcare leave, the utilization rate of the reduced working hours system is 66.6%*, allowing many employees to balance work and family while using this system.
In April 2022, we introduced a system that allows employees to take paid leave in hourly units, supporting flexible work styles tailored to each employee's lifestyle, such as for medical appointments or attending school events for their children.
Furthermore, by utilizing hybrid work combining telework and office presence, and flextime, we are promoting "work-life integration" that leverages synergistic effects while valuing both "work" and "life."

2. Collaboration with Industrial Physicians, Health Checkups, and Health Committee Implementation
The Health Committee, held once a month, allows health committee members selected from each department to discuss health promotion and workplace improvements, leading to increased health literacy and promotion of inter-departmental exchange and mutual understanding.
Additionally, with women comprising over 80% of our employees, discussions on themes related to women's health, such as femtech, are active.
