Sanpuku Kanri Center's shared lounge, "SANPUKU LOUNGE," has temporarily closed at the end of April 2026 due to renovations aimed at service improvement.

Since its opening in October 2024, the lounge has become a well-established convenience space for residents and owners, boasting a high utilization record with over 1,000 monthly visitors. The current temporary closure for renewal has been met with expressions of regret from users.

Following the renewal, the lounge is scheduled to restart in May 2026 as "P・SPO LOUNGE (tentative)." It is expected to evolve into a more comfortable and convenient space.

Furthermore, residents and owners will continue to have free access to the new lounge. In addition, a facial recognition system is planned for introduction to enhance security and convenience, requiring pre-registration for use.

Details regarding the opening date and other specifics will be announced once finalized.

The company stated that it "aims to create an even more satisfying space than before," and anticipation is high for developments after the renewal.
