Sanfuku Management Center (Headquarters: Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture) has renovated the former manager's room on the first floor of "Matsuyama Grand Heights," a rental apartment building it manages in Horie-cho, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, establishing a new "residents-only, 24-hour gym."
This initiative was realized through a collaboration with the fitness brand "P・SPO," proposing a new way of rental living that "encompasses the value of fitness within the rent."
■ Towards an era of "Rent + α": Creating desirable properties
Traditionally, rental housing selection criteria were "location," "rent," and "layout." However, the era has shifted to one where "added value" is sought.
Through this initiative, under the concept of moving "from just a place to live" to "a place that enriches life," we have redefined the value of the property itself.
■ The biggest feature is "residents-only"
The biggest feature of the newly established gym is that it is a "completely residents-only space that does not accept external users."
- Not crowded - Sense of security with no strangers - Completed within one's own living sphere
Unlike general fitness gyms, it offers "value that can only be realized because it is in one's own apartment building."
■ 24-hour availability, a gym that fits into daily life
This gym is available 24 hours a day, allowing residents to use it according to their respective lifestyles, such as before work, after returning home, or late at night.
It eliminates the need to "go out of one's way to go to the gym," realizing "exercise habits that are an extension of daily life."
