Aiming to create a store that stays close to the local community and is loved for a long time, we decided to open a store in Azabu Juban, where the traditional townscape that retains human connections coexists with an internationally rich culture. Both the exterior and interior adopt a spatial design based on the brand color of green, decorated with solid natural wood throughout. The store has a two-story structure, and the sales floor area is more than three times that of the Omotesando store, aiming to create a space where you can experience a richer lifestyle.
At the store, just like the Omotesando store, registered dietitians and nutritionists serve customers, staying close to each individual's dietary and lifestyle concerns, and proposing the optimal total care for that person through foods, skincare, supplements, and takeout foods carefully selected according to our original standards.
・A rich DELI menu supervised by registered dietitians
We offer a wide variety of side dishes and deli menus made with naturally cultivated vegetables and fruits grown without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. All menus use carefully selected ingredients sold in the store, right down to the seasonings, and are provided by 15/e organic's registered dietitians considering nutritional balance. We also plan to roll out food menus using germinated enzyme brown rice, which is popular at the Omotesando store. Please enjoy freshly prepared dishes cooked in-store.

At the Azabu Juban store, under the joint supervision of registered dietitians and patissiers, we have a wider selection of sweets menus, including baked goods, than ever before. We are particular about making them without white sugar or dairy products, and being gluten-free, while also taking into consideration the sudden rise in blood sugar levels that is a concern when eating sweets. Please experience sweets that balance deliciousness and "kindness to the body."

On the 2nd floor, there is an eat-in space. You can relax and enjoy the products and meals you purchased inside the store. In addition, by the window, there are counter seats that are easy for solo customers to use, offering a panoramic view of the Azabu Juban townscape.
