Background of Re-certification: The Trajectory of Chasing Elite, Losing Sight of Customers, and Returning to Our Origins
In August 2023, our company was certified as the first HubSpot Elite Partner in Japan and Asia. However, following significant revisions to HubSpot's partner program (including higher tier point thresholds, changes to evaluation criteria, and a transition to a transaction-based evaluation system), we were downgraded to the Diamond tier in 2024.
During this period, we fundamentally reviewed our management policy. We made a clear decision to 'not make the Elite tier our goal' and concentrated management resources on creating 'beneficial services that provide results to customers' and building a 'unique, one-of-a-kind culture.' As a result of breaking away from our dependence on lead supply from HubSpot and focusing on our own lead generation and customer satisfaction, we achieved record-high sales and profits in 2025.
This Elite re-certification was not a result of chasing the tier, but rather something that naturally returned as a result of facing our customers. This is thanks to our customers who chose us and continue to advance projects with us.

Representative Tamura first encountered HubSpot in 2012. Since then, HubSpot's evolution as a platform and our company's growth have always progressed in parallel.

HubSpot has evolved from a marketing automation tool to a CRM platform, and now to an 'Agentic Customer Platform' incorporating AI. In 2024, it announced Breeze AI as an integrated AI layer, and by 2025, it had expanded to deploy over 20 AI Agents.
Similarly, the partner program has changed significantly. In January 2026, the maintenance conditions for Elite partners were updated to require a Gross Retention Rate (GRR) of 85% or higher. Further program changes are scheduled for July 2026, which will raise the thresholds for self-developed points and total points.
