Modern society is evolving at an unprecedented speed. With the rise of AI, the diversification of work styles, and anxiety about an uncertain future, we find ourselves caught up in daily tasks. While seeking efficiency, have we forgotten to ask ourselves the fundamental questions: 'How do we want to be?' and 'Why are we doing this work?'

It is said that only a handful of people in the business world work with a clear sense of purpose or a strong sense of mission. Caught in the busyness of daily life, we lose sight of our original aspirations. If the key to success and happiness lies in that 'state of consciousness,' we want to use the power of technology to create a world where everyone can be confident in their mission and walk forward with high aspirations.

This is the wish embedded in our service 'Tenplus'—to 'support the achievement of goals'—and it is the starting point for the grand dream of a 'circular SaaS business' that we are discussing today.

Our scheduling service, 'Tenplus,' is not just an efficiency tool.

As many business professionals have experienced, traditional scheduling tools have been criticized for being 'mechanical and cold.' Surveys show that over 40% of people feel that receiving a scheduling URL is 'rude or negative.' Prioritizing efficiency at the expense of consideration and trust is the polar opposite of the 'high-quality growth' we aim for.

Tenplus provides an experience like a 'personal secretary' powered by AI. It suggests the best options with a single click through natural interactions that do not burden the other party. By leaving administrative tasks to AI, humans can focus on their true purpose—what they want to achieve in that meeting (MVV: Mission, Vision, Value).

'AI assisting with expense settlement just by registering a destination in the calendar,' 'automatically creating an agenda from business card information'—these are all mechanisms to remove unnecessary noise and help users get closer to their goals in the shortest distance possible. Through Tenplus, we aim to naturally support 'dream realization' and 'goal achievement,' with the goal of improving user outcomes by more than 10%.

We will continue to strengthen features that allow more people to grow through collaboration with AI.

◯ What is the 'stable profit distribution system' proposed by 01 Inc.?

Our dream does not stop at providing excellent tools. We want to revolutionize the very nature of the 'revenue' those tools generate.

This is the 'stable profit distribution system' we propose.

1. 'Lifetime returns' for colleagues who walked with us In traditional corporate models, the relationship ends when an employee resigns. However, 01 Inc.’s employment contracts include a unique clause: for employees who have worked for more than three years, we will continue to pay 50% of the commissions earned during their tenure even after they leave, as long as those contracts remain active.

This is a new form of pension, where 'current work creates future security.' Members and partners who supported the company remain part of the '01 Family' forever, even if their form of involvement changes. Even if an employee graduates to pursue their own dreams, their past contributions continue to support them as a stable monthly income. We will spread this 'pay-it-forward scheme' to the world.

2. Automatic contribution to social and regional issues In the platform we are building, we will create a mechanism where a portion of the revenue automatically flows toward solving regional and global issues. As users grow using Tenplus, the pain in society will be alleviated in proportion. Instead of separating business success from social contribution, we are embedding 'altruistic' functions into the system itself.

◯ Why we dream this dream—The foundational experience of Representative Kota Takagi

Why am I so fixated on 'distribution' and 'sense of purpose'? It stems from my own view of life and death.

At my previous IT venture, I spent 10 years selling mobile management software to 600,000 users, experiencing an average business growth of 130%. Launching from a time when the SaaS business was not yet established, I learned firsthand both the difficulty of accumulating monthly subscription revenue and the satisfaction of carving out a market step by step.

Joining as the first salesperson, becoming a manager in three years, and working with a team of over 30 as a sales director after nine years, I valued 'goals' and 'dreams.' However, I also felt the difficulty of supporting the 'dreams' of team members alongside the business, and I asked myself again: 'Can’t I provide support that helps hardworking people realize their dreams more effectively?'

The answer to that question was connected to my underlying 'view of life and death.' When I was in the first grade of elementary school, I hovered between life and death in a traffic accident, and in the fifth grade, my father passed away. Facing the 'death' of myself and those close to me at a young age, I realized that 'the daily life I took for granted was by no means inevitable.'

'Why am I allowed to live?' 'What is success, really?' Living the 'future' that my father could not, I have thought about what I can leave to society when I eventually leave this world. During my 11 years at my previous job, no matter how spectacular the achievements were, I felt that if the mechanism did not 'permanently make the people involved happy,' it was only a transient success.

In Japan today, there is a swirl of anxiety regarding changes in work styles due to the rise of AI, an uncertain future, and concerns about pensions and income. I want to resolve these anxieties with technology and a new business scheme. Creating an environment where everyone can work equally and efficiently, while also gaining future security.

That is my mission as someone who survived an accident and lives for my father as well, and it is the reason I founded 01 Inc. A 'permanent commission system' where contributions continue to be returned even after graduation (resignation) can support an individual's 'dream,' and 'Tenplus,' which supports goal achievement, brings many people's 'dreams' closer to reality.

I believe this approach gives concrete form to our vision of 'Creating Growth.'

Currently, Tenplus is deployed for B2B, but our medium-term plan includes expansion to consumers, such as students.
