Announcement of the Establishment of 0ai Inc.

0ai Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'the Company') announces its establishment in January 2026.

The Company is a technology enterprise striving to realize a human society predicated on AI by bringing AI infinitely closer to humans. Its mission is to 'pursue the AI-fication of human activity and the humanization of AI, reducing the boundary between humans and AI to zero.'
In recent years, advancements in technologies such as generative AI have brought about a phase of major change in business processes and decision-making within corporate activities. However, on the actual front lines, the use of AI often remains limited to streamlining individual tasks, and we believe we have not yet fully reached the stage of consistently redesigning overall business operations.

0ai aims to rethink this fragmented implementation itself, seeking to incorporate AI not as an added 'convenient feature,' but as an 'entity that carries out human activities.'
What 0ai is currently advancing is not the development of AI tools individually optimized for specific domains.
Instead, it is the development of an AI foundation that initially executes autonomously in collaboration with humans. Based on meta-cognitive data such as logs of cognitive loops and judgment patterns obtained through this process, it will gradually remove humans from intellectual loops in all tasks, achieve zero-human autonomy, and continuously self-improve by gathering external changing information daily.
We will prepare for a world that shifts from 'calling on AI once and being done' to a world where 'AI continues operations, is continuously evaluated and improved, and eventually leaves human hands to operate freely.'

On the other hand, we feel that not many people are seriously considering the question of what impact will be brought to society when AI that behaves like humans begins to drift autonomously in cyberspace. As technological evolution progresses at a speed surpassing society's imagination, the Company considers facing this question as one of its duties.
Looking ahead to a new relationship between AI and humans, the Company will redefine this relationship and dedicate itself to activities that contribute to the realization of a new society.
