This program aims to foster new businesses in the environmental and energy fields for companies within Hiroshima Prefecture. It will provide a two-stage support program: group training for business model development and individual coaching support for demonstration experiments. At the information session held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Innovation Hub Hiroshima Camps (1-4-3 Kamiya-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, FK Building 1F), George Goda, CEO of 01Booster, delivered a keynote speech on why new businesses are necessary for Hiroshima companies and key points for achieving results and internal implementation. The operating secretariat provided explanations on the program details and application methods, as well as information on "SCRUM HIROSHIMA," a community initiative being implemented in parallel with this program.
■ Program Overview
This is a practical new business creation support program aimed at fostering companies that will lead Hiroshima Prefecture's environmental and energy sectors.
The program consists of two stages: the "Dojo" group training in the 1st stage and individual coaching support in the 2nd stage. Approximately 15 companies are planned to be selected for the 1st stage. These companies will refine their business ideas to a level where management can make decisions for commercialization. Five selected companies will advance to the 2nd stage after an interim review. In the 2nd stage, support will be provided for hypothesis testing and product development necessary for commercialization decisions by the end of the fiscal year, thereby promoting the realization of business ventures.

Eligibility: Companies with business locations within Hiroshima Prefecture. The theme must be for new entry into the environmental and energy fields, or for the development of new products or services.
